These are a few programmes that will play Ogg Vorbis audio files. There are certainly more, especially on GNU/Linux.
I use the amazing Amarok to play music and manage a collection of nearly 5,000 tracks, all in Vorbis or Flac format. In my opinion it is the finest player/manager on any platform.
GNU/Linux
If you are running GNU/Linux then virtually any audio player will be Ogg Vorbis capable and you will almost certainly already have one installed.

Windows
Even though Ogg Vorbis is a totally free and redistributable audio format, Microsoft still refuses to include it in it's own media player for Windows. This means that you may have to install a new programme.
VLC player will play a very wide range of audio and video formats.
Simple audio players
- CoolPlayer. A very small (only a 328kb download), fast programme for playing audio.
- Zinf. Another simple audio player.
These programmes are more extensive and include audio library management.
These use Java and also include audio library management.
Apple OS X
VLC player will play a very wide range of audio and video formats.
